About Conference

We invites all the participants from all over the world to attend 11th International Conference on Vascular dementia during Feb 15-16, 2020 at Amsterdam,Netherlands with the Theme: Decoding Dementia ,which includes prompt keynote presentations, Oral talks, Poster presentations and Exhibitions.

Vascular dementia is defined as inadequate blood flow can damage and eventually kill cells anywhere in the body.

In Dementia, changes in intuition aptitudes here and there happen all of a sudden after strokes that piece real cerebrum veins. Vascular mind changes frequently exist together with changes connected to different sorts of dementia, including Alzheimer's sickness and dementia with Lewy bodies. Dementia side effects might be most evident when they happen not long after a noteworthy stroke incorporates disarray, bewilderment, inconvenience talking or understanding discourse and vision misfortune.

The general multi infarct dementia showcase is portioned into North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and MEA. Starting at 2020, North America held biggest piece of the pie regarding income inferable from the expanding frequencies of multi infarct dementia combined with expanding geriatric populace base. European market showed comparable qualities and took after North American multi infarct dementia advertises. Asia Pacific is required to develop at a high pace because of expanding mindfulness about anticipation of cerebrum strokes in this locale. Japan inferable from expanded geriatric base speaks to around over half of the dementia cases in Asia Pacific. The created countries, for example, Japan, Canada, France, Germany and U.S. are foreseen to witness positive development over the estimate time frame.

Various companies in the multi infarct dementia market are adopting several economic strategies such as collaborations, expansions and acquisitions to keep a strong position and gain advantage in the market. Session 1: Dementia

Dementia is not a specific disease. It's an overall term that describes a wide range of symptoms associated with a decline in memory or other thinking skills severe enough to reduce a person's ability to perform everyday activities. Alzheimer's disease. Vascular dementia, which occurs after a stroke, is the second most common dementia type. But there are many other conditions that can cause symptoms of dementia, including some that are reversible, such as thyroid problems and vitamin deficiencies. Dementia is a syndrome that involves severe loss of cognitive abilities as a result of disease or injury. Dementia caused by traumatic brain injury is often static, whereas dementia caused by neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, is usually progressive and can eventually be fatal. Dementia can be grouped based on the part of brain being affected. it is roughly true that the earliest symptoms in "cortical" dementia include difficulty with high-level behaviors such as memory, language, problem-solving and reasoning; these functions tend to be less impaired in "subcortical" dementia. Cortical dementia occurs because of damage in the cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain. They play a critical role in memory and language. The symptoms usually include severe memory loss. Alzheimer's and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease are two forms of cortical dementia. Subcortical dementia occurs due to the damage to the part of the brain beneath the cortex. The person suffering from it can show changes in their speed of thinking. Usually, people with subcortical dementia don't have forgetfulness and language problems. Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, and HIV are two forms subcortical dementia.

Vascular dementia is the broad term for dementia associated with problems of circulation of blood to the brain. There are a number of different types of Vascular dementia. Two of the most common are Multi-infarct dementia and Binswanger's disease. The multi-infarct dementia (MID) and vascular intellectual impedance is dementia caused by issues in the supply of blood to the mind, normally a progression of minor strokes. People with vascular dementiagive dynamic subjective hindrance, intensely or sub acutely as in mellow psychological debilitation, every now and again step-wise, after various cerebrovascular occasions (strokes). A few people may seem to enhance amongst occasions and decrease after more noiseless strokes. A quickly decaying condition may prompt demise from a stroke, coronary illness, or infection. Vascular dementia can be caused by ischemic or hemorrhagic infarcts influencing numerous mind regions, including the foremost cerebral supply route domain, the parietal projections, or the cingulate gurus.

Session 3: Lewy body Dementia

Lewy body is also known as dementia with Lewy bodies, with Lewy body dementia is the second most common type of progressive dementia after Alzheimer's disease dementia. Protein deposits, called Lewy bodies, develop in nerve cells in the brain regions involved in thinking, memory and movement (motor control).

Lewy body dementia is also causes a progressive decline in mental abilities. The people with Lewy body dementia may experience visual hallucinations and changes in the alertness and attention and other effects include Parkinson's disease-like symptoms such as rigid muscles, slow movement and tremors.

AD begins slowly. It first involves the parts of the brain that control thought, memory and language. People with AD may have trouble remembering things that happened recently or names of people they know. A related problem, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), causes more memory problems than normal for people of the same age. Many, but not all, people with MCI will develop AD.

Numerous social insurance frameworks have created case administration programs with a specific end goal to advance Alzheimer's patients and guardians care and administrations conveyance. Treatment of dementia relies on upon its cause. On account of most dynamic dementia, including Alzheimer's disease there is no cure and no treatment that moderates or stops its movement. In any case, there are medicating medicines that may briefly enhance side effects. Similar pharmaceuticals used to treat Alzheimer's are among the medications once in a while endorsed to help with side effects of different sorts of dementia. Non-sedate treatments can likewise reduce a few manifestations of Dementia. The increasing number of cognitively impaired older adults who exhibit wandering tendencies raises safety concerns. The purpose of the current study in neurology was to research the State-of the-Art in wearable technologies for persons with Alzheimer's disease and identify challenges unique to this population and lessons learned. Inclusion criteria specified systems that completed laboratory testing and were commercially available for usage by community-based Alzheimer's family caregivers.

People with vascular dementia have different mental element shortfalls that incorporate every memory hindrance, that influences the adaptability to discover new data or review data already learned, and one or extra of the ensuing side effects aphasia, apraxia, agnosia, or official brokenness to such an extent that the mental element shortages adversely affect social or action working with a major decrease in past abilities. Furthermore, people with dementia commonly experience the ill effects of comorbid conditions that extra confuse mind and block best results. Along these lines, creating caregiving techniques individuals with vascular dementia is pressing, given this expanding commonness and consequently the related weight that dementia places not just on the people, however on the parental figures, relations, and thusly the assets of the human services framework. Traditional perspectives bearing on geriatric nursing ordinarily paint a picture of the care as being moderate paced certain and less requesting than intense care. Be that as it may, care of the matured, and especially those with vascular dementia, is normally confounded, unusual, and flimsy.

Since stroke is a basic piece of vascular dementia, the objective is to forestall new strokes. This is endeavored through decrease of stroke chance components, for example, hypertension, high blood lipid levels, atrial fibrillation, or diabetes mellitus. Meta-examinations have discovered that meds for hypertension are viable at counteractive action of pre-stroke dementia, which implies that hypertension treatment ought to be begun early .These drugs incorporate angiotensin changing over protein inhibitors, diuretics, calcium channel blockers, thoughtful nerve inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor opponents or adrenergic foes. Raised lipid levels, including HDL, were found to expand danger of vascular dementia. Track 1: Cancer Cytopathology

Cytopathology usually used to aid in the diagnosis of cancer, but also helps in the diagnosis of certain infectious diseases and other inflammatory conditions. Cancer Cytopathology is generally used on samples of free cells or tissue fragments, in contrast to histopathology, which studies whole tissues. Cytopathologic tests are sometimes called smear tests because the samples may be smeared across a glass microscope slide for subsequent staining and microscopic examination. Gallbladder cancer is a relatively uncommon cancer and can be cure by fine needle aspiration material. However, cytology samples may be prepared in other ways, including cytocentrifugation. Different types of smear tests may also be used for cancer diagnosis. In this sense, it is termed a cytological smear. Epidemiology of Breast Cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women, with approximately 182,000 women diagnosed with breast cancer annually in the United States, accounting for approximately 26% of all incident cancers among women. Each year, 40,000 women die of breast cancer, making it the second-leading cause of cancer deaths among American women after lung cancer. The lifetime risk of dying of breast cancer is approximately 3.4%.

Track 2: Diagnostic Cytopathology

Diagnostic Cytopathology Essentials is a succinct yet comprehensive guide to diagnosis in both non-gynecological and gynecological cytology. It provides quick answers to diagnostic problems in the cytological interpretation and recognition of a wide range of disease entities. Diagnosis of Cancer is nearly always diagnosed by an expert who has looked at cell or tissue samples under a microscope. In some cases, tests done on the cells’ proteins, DNA, and RNA can help tell doctors if there’s cancer. These test results are very important when choosing the best treatment options. Fine needle aspiration cytology is an inexpensive, a traumatic technique for the diagnosis of disease sites. It illustrates how it may be applied to the management of tumors throughout the body. The limitations of the method, the dangers of false positive reports, and the inevitability of false negative diagnoses are emphasized. In a clinical context, the method has much to offer by saving patients from inappropriate operations and investigations and allowing surgeons to plan quickly and more rationally. It is an economically valuable technique and deserves greater recognition. Esophagus cancers are usually found because of signs or symptoms a person is having. If esophagus cancer is suspected, exams and tests will be needed to confirm the diagnosis. If cancer is found, further tests will be done to help determine the extent (stage) of cancer.

Track 3: Histopathology

Histopathology is the science or study dealing with the cytological and histologic structure of the abnormal or diseased tissue. Although it refers to the microscopic examination of tissue in order to study the manifestations of the disease. The study of tissues is called Tissue histology and is important to the understanding of how the human body is able to function as a unit. In clinical medicine, histopathology refers to the examination of a biopsy or surgical specimen by a pathologist, after the specimen has been processed and histological sections have been placed onto glass slides. In contrast, cytopathology examines free cells or tissue fragments. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) refers to the process of detecting antigens (e.g. proteins) in cells of a tissue section by exploiting the principle of antibodies binding specifically to antigens in biological tissues.

Histology, There are four basic types of tissues: muscle tissue, nervous tissue, connective tissue, and epithelial tissue. All tissue types are subtypes of these four basic tissue types (for example, blood cells are classified as connective tissue, since they generally originate inside bone marrow).

Histopathology, the microscopic study of diseased tissue, is an important tool in anatomical pathology since accurate diagnosis of cancer and other diseases usually requires histopathological samples.

Track 4: Exfoliative Cytopathology

Exfoliative Cytopathology is the most significant and time-consuming area of practice for most anatomical pathologists. Surgical pathology involves gross and microscopic examination of surgical specimens, as well as biopsies submitted by surgeons and non-surgeons such as general internists, medical subspecialists, dermatologists, and interventional radiologists.

Track 5: Cervical Cytopathology

Cervical cytology became the standard screening test for cervical cancer and premalignant cervical lesions. Cytologic examinations may be performed on body fluids (examples are blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid) or on material that is aspirated (drawn out via suction into a syringe) of the body. Cytology also can involve examinations of preparations that are scraped or washed (irrigated with a sterile solution) from specific areas of the body. For example, a common example of diagnostic cytology is the evaluation of cervical smears (referred to as the Papanicolaou test or Pap smear).

There are several methods to screen for cervical cancer. The Pap test (also known as Pap smear or conventional cytology) and liquid-based cytology are widely used throughout the world and have been credited with greatly reducing the number of cases and mortality from cervical cancer in the developed world. Cytology-based tests have not been as effective in developing countries, leading to an investigation of cervical screening approaches more suited to low-resource settings such as visual inspection with acetic acid or HPV DNA testing.

Track 6: Fine-needle aspiration Cytology

Fine-needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB, FNA or NAB), or fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), is a diagnostic procedure used to investigate superficial (just under the skin) lumps or masses. In this technique, a thin, hollow needle is inserted into the mass for the sampling of cells that, after being stained, will be examined under a microscope. There could be a cytology exam of aspirate (cell specimen evaluation, FNAC) or histological (biopsy - tissue specimen evaluation, FNAB). Gene expression profiling is the measurement of the activity (the expression) of thousands of genes at once, to create a global picture of cellular function. These profiles can, for example, distinguish between cells that are actively dividing, or show how the cells react to a particular treatment. Many experiments of this sort measure an entire genome simultaneously, that is, every gene present in a particular cell. Fine-needle aspiration biopsies are very safe, minor surgical procedures. Often, a major surgical (excisional or open) biopsy can be avoided by performing a needle aspiration biopsy instead. In 1981, the first fine-needle aspiration biopsy in the United States was done at Maimonides Medical Center, eliminating the need for surgery and hospitalization. Today, this procedure is widely used in the diagnosis of cancer and inflammatory conditions. Gene expression the appearance in a phenotype of a characteristic or effect attributed to a particular gene. The process by which possession of a gene leads to the appearance of the phenotype of the corresponding character.

Track 7: Clinical & Molecular Cytopathology

Molecular Cytopathology is an emerging discipline within Cytopathology which is focused on the study and diagnosis of disease through the examination of molecules within organs, tissues or bodily fluids. Clinical pathology is a medical specialty that is concerned with the diagnosis of disease based on the laboratory analysis of bodily fluids, such as blood, urine, and tissue homogenates or extracts using the tools of chemistry, microbiology, hematology and molecular pathology. Cervical cancer is the third most common type of cancer among women worldwide. The infection and persistence of human papillomavirus (HPV) are the essential conditions for this type of disease. However, only HPV infection is not enough for cervical pathogenesis are necessary cofactors and activation of intracellular and extracellular mechanisms to start.

In the conventional Pap smear, the physician collecting the cells smears them on a microscope slide and applies a fixative. In general, the slide is sent to a laboratory for evaluation. The studies include Liquid-based monolayer cytology and Human papillomavirus testing. Diagnostic molecular pathology: Recent revolutionary progress in human genomics is reshaping our approach to therapy and diagnosis

Track 8: Cytopathology Case Reports

Cytopathology is the examination of cells from the body under the microscope to identify the signs and characteristics of the disease. Cytopathology is often loosely called "cytology," a word that simply means the study of cells.

A cytopathology report tells us whether the cells studied contain signs of disease. Cells examined for cytopathology can come from fluids extracted from body cavities - e.g. urine, sputum (spit), or fluids accumulating inside the chest or abdomen. Cells can also be extracted by inserting needles into lumps or diseased areas or tissues - called fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).

Laboratories may include recommendations as part of the Gynaecology Case reports. These may include a suggestion to the clinician for repeat cytology after a certain time interval or after treatment, or for tissue studies to further evaluate epithelial cell abnormalities.

Track 9: Veterinary Cytopathology

Veterinary Cytopathology is concerned with the diagnosis of disease based on the gross examination, microscopic, and molecular examination of organs, tissues, and whole bodies (necropsy). Veterinary pathologists are doctors of veterinary medicine who specialize in the diagnosis of diseases through the examination of animal tissue and body fluids. Other than the diagnosis of disease in food-producing animals, companion animals, zoo animals and wildlife, veterinary pathologists also have an important role in drug discovery and safety as well as scientific research. Veterinary Clinical Sciences is concerned with the diagnosis of disease based on the laboratory analysis of bodily fluids such as blood, urine or cavitary effusions, or tissue aspirates using the tools of chemistry, microbiology, hematology and molecular pathology.

The Treatment of Veterinary Diseases of veterinary diseases is possible with the Veterinary clinical science with the help of the diagnosis pattern. Among the four major geographies namely North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Rest of the world, European region is known to be a leading veterinary vaccine market in terms of consumption, closely followed by the U.S. These two regions collectively account for more than 70% of the global veterinary vaccine market revenue.

Track 10: Cytopathology & Disease diagnosis

Cytology is a key component in the diagnosis and screening of diseases such as cancer. Cytology disease diagnosis assesses single cells and clusters of cells from sources such as malignant effusions and peripheral blood. Effusions are fluids that leak from blood and lymph vessels and aggregate in tissues and cavities within the body. This is a common problem in cancer patients and can be a reservoir of malignant cells. However, the total number of cells in effusions is small in comparison to the volumes of fluids that are produced. Therefore, in order to collect these cells for evaluation, they must be concentrated. Liver disease diagnosis can often be difficult to diagnose because its symptoms can be vague and easily confused with other health problems. In some cases, a person may have no symptoms at all but the liver may already have suffered significant damage.

Gynecologic cytology, also gynecologic cytopathology, is a field of pathology concerned with the investigation of disorders of the female genital tract. The most common investigation in this field is the Pap test, which is used to screen for potentially precancerous lesions of the cervix. Cytology can also be used to investigate disorders of the ovaries, uterus, vagina, and vulva.

Track 11: Urine Cytology

Cytology is the examination of cells from the body under a microscope. In a urine cytology exam, a doctor looks at cells collected from a urine specimen, to see how they look and function. The test commonly checks for infection, inflammatory disease of the urinary tract, cancer, or precancerous conditions. Urine cytology is better at finding larger and more aggressive cancers than small, slow-growing cancers.

Continent wise participation Analysis for Regulatory Affairs 2020 conference

Session/Tracks

Track 1: Regulatory Affairs

Regulatory Affairs profession was developed by the government regulatory bodies to regulate the safety and efficacy of products to protect the health of public. This was developed in all most all divisions of health care industry like pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines, medical devices, pesticides, agrochemicals, cosmetics, complimentary medicines etc. This profession involves development of new and existing products from early on, preparation and till submission to the relevant regulatory bodies of health authorities by inputting regulatory principles.

Regulatory Affairs is involved actively from early stage of development to post marketing activities of new and existing products. This department is one of the integral parts within the organization structure of pharmaceutical industry. Internally it collaborates at the interphase of drug development, manufacturing, marketing and clinical research. Externally it is the key interface between the commercial industry which undergoes drug development to clinical research and the regulatory authorities.

Track 2: Regulatory Affairs in Pharmacovigilance

Regulatory Affairs (RA), likewise called government issues, are a calling inside managed enterprises, for example, pharmaceuticals, medicinal gadgets, vitality, saving money, telecom and so on. Administrative Affairs likewise has a certain importance inside the human services enterprises (pharmaceuticals, therapeutic gadgets, biologics and useful nourishments). Administrative issues (therapeutic issues) experts (otherwise known as administrative experts) typically have duty regarding the accompanying general territories.

Pharmacovigilance evaluates the adverse effects in turn speaking about the efficacy and safety data of particular drug product thus, collaboration of pharmacovigilance with regulatory bodies provides all the adverse reactions, safety data to regulatory authorities.

Working with government, state and neighborhood administrative offices and faculty on particular issues influencing their business i.e., working with so much office as the Food and Drug Administration or European Medicines Agency (pharmaceuticals and restorative gadgets); The Department of Energy; or the Securities and Exchange Commission (banking). Advising their organizations on the administrative angles and atmosphere that would influence proposed exercises. i.e., portraying the "administrative atmosphere" around issues, for example, the advancement of professionally prescribed medications and Sarbanes-Oxley consistence.

Track 3: Clinical Affairs & Regulatory Strategies

An administrative science driven administrative procedure is crucial as a component of today's biopharmaceutical item early advancement arranging. An all-around arranged administrative methodology will adjust the proposed clinical advancement arrangement with business targets, and pre-emptively distinguish challenges, and also, proposed elective/creative ways to deal with new item improvement which influence new measures for confirmation era supporting proceeding with improvement and worldwide business sector approval. An administrative methodology characterizes key issues/difficulties to proactively talk about with Regulatory powers furthermore characterizes key system points of reference that are frequently considered business impetuses driving speculator intrigue and financing. In particular, an auspicious, very much arranged and all around kept up administrative technique, with proactive and collective cooperation with administrative powers, is regularly a separating element for industry pioneers putting up monetarily fruitful and creative items for sale to the public in today's aggressive commercial center. Administrative procedure is a noteworthy segment of fruitful biopharmaceutical item improvement. Covance Global Regulatory Affairs gets ready and keeps up administrative science driven and item particular worldwide administrative systems for some item sorts, e.g., drugs, biologics, drug-gadget mixes, antibodies, quality treatments, cell-treatments, over a scope of restorative territories and full administrative technique support for item improvement activities.

Track 4: Regulatory Strategies and Developments

Regulatory strategies are formal documents that include series of regulatory activities to discover an innovative product or a modified product to market with business strategy for that product. This provides description and course to project team for the product being developed with identification of important regulatory elements which are addressed to market the product. Within a firm there are many regulatory strategists from different departments that involve all aspects of a drug and individuals with expertise in chemical synthesis, toxicology, biology, clinical and regulatory affairs, marketing, government affairs and reimbursement inputs into the regulatory strategy ensuring it is comprehensive.

Regulatory strategy document has three purposes, it acts as a:

A tracking tool to summarize key agreements reached with health authorities
A planning tool that documents timelines and lists topics to address in future meetings with health authorities
A risk register to record key issues that could impact timelines, costs or commercial value for the project

Track 5: Penalties for Regulatory Non-compliance:

Non-compliance costs are costs which result from a failure to comply with regulation. These costs are not considered to be part of the regulatory burden for the purposes of the Risk Based Monitoring. This includes penalties and activities associated with those penalties that are required to be undertaken because of noncompliance with regulation. Regulatory impacts that arise, up to the point that action is taken to respond to the suspicion of a specific instance of noncompliance, are included in RBM framework. This includes risk based frameworks that may target certain populations without a specific instance of suspicion. Failure to comply with the law can lead to enforcement action including one or more of the following: on-the-spot fines, prosecution, which carries a maximum fine of $12,110, disciplinary action, ranging from fines to cancellation of the license.

Track 6: Biologics & Biosimilars

A biopharmaceutical, otherwise called a biologic therapeutic item or biologic, is any restorative item made in, extricated from, or semi orchestrated from organic sources. Not quite the same as synthetically incorporated pharmaceuticals, they incorporate immunizations, blood, or blood segments, allergenic, substantial cells, quality treatments, tissues, recombinant restorative protein, and living cells utilized as a part of cell treatment. Biologics can be made out of sugars, proteins, or nucleic acids or complex mixes of these substances, or might live cells or tissues. They are confined from normal sources—human, creature, or microorganism. Phrasing encompassing biopharmaceuticals fluctuates amongst gatherings and elements, with various terms alluding to various subsets of therapeutics inside the general biopharmaceutical class. Some administrative offices utilize the terms natural restorative items or remedial organic item to allude particularly to designed macromolecular items like protein-and nucleic acid–based drugs, recognizing them from items like blood, blood segments, or antibodies, which are typically extricated specifically from a natural source Gene-based and cell biologics, for instance, frequently are at the front line of biomedical research, and might be utilized to treat an assortment of therapeutic conditions for which no different medications are accessible.

Track 7: Global Regulatory Intelligence

Ever-proliferating and changing global regulations generate complex challenges of execution in global market clearance operations.

Mission-critical decisions are delayed, trapping new international revenue until market clearance process issues are resolved. Workflow is confounded as information conflicts from sales-focused distributors, newly-appointed foreign regulators, and legacy resources are reconciled- and as definitive answers are sought. Governance is compromised as information gaps reduce assurance levels and impair risk management of clearance-related penalties, fines, and legal costs.

And the high level of business performance required to create value from ongoing medtech industry consolidation is not achievable, since global market clearance operations are incapable of rapidly completing new market clearance submissions for newly-acquired product lines.

Unlike repackaged RI databases designed for the pharmaceutical industry, the clinivation Worldview Enterprise Solution for On-Demand Global Regulatory Intelligence accelerates the market clearance cycle.

Track 8: Impact of Brexit on Regulatory Framework

The most important piece of UK legislation that would need to be repealed is the European Communities Act 1972 (ECA), which provides for the supremacy of EU law. Repealing the ECA will bring an end to the constitutional relationship that exists between EU and UK law. Moreover, the vast amounts of secondary legislation that have been passed with the objective and justification of implementing EU law would have to be considered by the Government. EU Regulations rely on the principle of direct applicability, which means that unlike EU Directives, they are directly implemented into UK law without the need for legislation from the UK Parliament. In this light, Regulations are more powerful legislative tools for the EU because of their immediate applicability. The status of existing Regulations will be addressed in the Great Repeal Bill, although as noted above, in many cases amendments will likely be needed to take into account the UK’s new relationship with the EU. The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) situated in Luxembourg is the final arbiter on questions of the interpretation of EU law. In her first speech setting out the UK Government’s priorities for Brexit on 17 January 2020, the Prime Minister restated her position that the UK is not prepared to continue to be subject to the jurisdiction of the CJEU.

Track 9: Regulatory Communications and Submissions

Due to the growing interest in marketing new products, it is pivotal to establish a superior level of medical writing and regulatory operations. Executives within these roles need to create and manage successful submissions, as well as streamline timelines, to accelerate approval.

Attending the Optimizing Regulatory Communications and Submissions conference will aid delegates in expediting the approval of drugs while meeting requirements for different regulatory agencies worldwide. In addition, attendees will overcome key operational challenges impacting the approval process to enhance the quality of submissions.

Track 10: Marketing Authorizations-Affordable Healthcare and Fair Trade

This establishment level module is the perfect acquaintance for new participants with the field of pharmaceutical administrative issues and consistence. It portrays the central prerequisites that must be fulfilled to pick up and keep up endorsement to advertise restorative items in the USA and Europe. The lawful structure and the parts of significant players in control are displayed. The life-cycle of a medication is sketched out. The different systems accessible for appraisal and endorsement of items are depicted and their prerequisites laid out. Commitments to be satisfied in the wake of promoting endorsement are examined. Worldwide administrative undertakings bunches in industry give around the world, key initiative in and far reaching course of the legislature administrative necessities for item presentation and commercialization, using administrative learning to guarantee consistence and administrative knowledge and make open doors in an exceedingly controlled environment. The worldwide administrative undertakings bunch has vital and operational capacities, requiring accuracy and faultless execution, as an organization's prosperity depends on, partially, the direction and thorough appraisal gave by the administrative issues group. The key item advancement, assembling and enlistment turning points, (for example, Investigational New Drug documenting, end of stage II, stage III, New Drug Application entries, administrative office audit timetable and item endorsements), which are the corporate valuation and choice focuses, depend on basic administrative interface goalposts and developments. This underscores the significance of key administrative commitment to the business. Keeping in mind the end goal to be profitable donors and basic business accomplices, the worldwide administrative undertakings association must create instruments and build up frameworks to guarantee it has the right individuals and ability, capable procedures, productive profitability, sensational execution and accuracy in arranging.

Track 11: Regulatory Requirements for Pharmaceuticals

The new medication endorsement process have been made into three stages for improvement in comprehension - the principal stage is pre-advertising implied for revelation, advancement and clinical concentrates, second stage for promoting approval of medication and third is for post showcasing. Firstly, preclinical investigations of a medication are finished to guarantee adequacy and security, and after that application for behavior of clinical trials is submitted to the CDSCO. From that point, the clinical trials can be led (stage I to stage IV). These studies are performed to guarantee the viability, wellbeing and upgrading the measurements of medication in people. After the culmination of clinical investigations of the medication, then an application to the skilled power of India for the endorsement of medication for advertising is submitted. The able power audit the application and affirm the medication for advertising just if the medication is observed to be sheltered and successful in individual or the medication have more alluring impact as contrast with the danger.

Track 12: Regulatory Challenges for Medical Devices

As therapeutic gadget quality certification and administrative undertakings experts, it can test to remain focused of changes occurrence in our industry. Administrative controls for restorative gadgets are rare in the creating scene, despite the fact that usage of national medicinal gadget directions will frequently address the very issues brought up in nations as significant attentiveness toward patient wellbeing. Case of these issues incorporate the unlawful re-preparing and re-bundling of utilized syringes for re-deal; the accessibility available of hardware that fizzles least quality and security benchmarks; or just no hint of what gadgets are being sold in the nation, nor by whom. Such a posting is crucial to empower governments to issue cautions or reviews for perilous or inadequate things.

Track 13: Medical Device & Combination Products Regulations

Blend items are remedial and indicative items that consolidate medications, gadgets, and/or organic items. FDA hopes to get expansive quantities of blend items for audit as innovative advances keep on merging item sorts and obscure the verifiable lines of partition between FDA's therapeutic item focuses, which are comprised of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), and the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). Since mix items include parts that would regularly be controlled under various sorts of administrative powers, and much of the time by various FDA Centers, they raise testing administrative, strategy, and audit administration challenges. Contrasts in administrative pathways for every part can affect the administrative procedures for all parts of item improvement and administration, including preclinical testing, clinical examination, showcasing applications, assembling and quality control, antagonistic occasion reporting, advancement and promoting, and post-endorsement alterations.

Track 14: Best Industry Practices

Drug business is one in everything about nation's most critical monetary motors, trade $15 billion in stock yearly and a couple of its processing plants region unit preeminent. The government office has built up a progression of tips for creating GXP (which incorporates GCP, GLP and GMP directions) that shield each the life sciences business furthermore the clients they serve. In order to help FDA-directed firms, expert control offers partner in incorporated quality and consistence administration code that guarantees GLP, GCP and GMP rules consistence. Industry practices is likewise some portion of value danger administration framework, Pharma Regulatory Affairs, Audits and assessments, acceptance strategies (process approval and expository approval), Qualification, acceptance, adjustment, upkeep, hazard investigation Drug Safety and Good Pharmacovigilance hones. Some of our product framework applications which will encourage with GLP GCP GMP rules epitomize the resulting arrangements: Document Control/Document Management, Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), alteration administration, guiding Management, resistance Automation programming framework, Audit Management in venture with GLP GCP GMP rules, customer protests programming framework, shapes based strategy robotization, electronic entries.

Track 15: Intellectual Property Rights

In the EU, an organic thoughtful item is one amongst the dynamic substance(s) made from or separated from a natural (living) framework, and requirements, also to physico-compound testing, natural testing for full characterization. The characterization of a natural medicative item could be a blend of testing the dynamic substance and hence the last medicative item along the edge of the get together strategy and its administration. Central thoughts of Intellectual Property Management (IPM) and its significance is a goad to human force and in this manner is the headway of financial and social improvement. It furthermore gives defense on the occasion Associate in usage of an IPM technique together with the administration of material ownership (IP) in a web setting. Investigative control law more often than not gives the creator of partner in scholarly creation restrictive rights for abusing and taking advantage of their creation. Experimental order insurance is intended to fortify the force of the human personality for the upside of all by verifying that benefits got from misusing a creation advantage the maker. This may energize action and allow financial specialists in investigation and improvement a decent go ahead their speculation. Experimental order presents on individuals, undertakings or option elements the right to bar others from the vocation of their manifestations wellbeing and quality control in naming. Therefore, material ownership rights (IPRs) could have an on the spot Associate in generous effect on exchange on the grounds that the proprietor of an IPR could - through the social control of such a privilege - prevent the assembling, use or offer of an item which incorporates the IPR. Therefore administration over the immaterial (IPR) suggests administration of the stock and markets. Exploratory order security energizes the production, conveyance and discourse demonstration of the creation to the overall population, rather than keeping it mystery though at indistinguishable time urging mechanical endeavours to choose imaginative works for abuse. Material ownership lawful titles identifies with the securing and utilization of an assortment of rights covering totally distinctive type of manifestations. Licenses in the pharmaceutical business incorporate both lawful and moral issues.

Sessions/Tracks

Track 1:Clinical Cardiology

Cardiology is a branch of medicine that concerns diseases and disorders of the heart, which may range from congenital defects through to acquire heart diseases such as coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure. The field includes medical diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease and electrophysiology. Although the heart and circulatory system make up your cardiovascular system. Heart works as a pump that pushes blood to the organs, tissues, and cells of your body. Blood delivers oxygen and nutrients to every cell and removes the carbon dioxide and waste products made by those cells. Blood is carried from your heart to the rest of the body through a complex network of arteries, arterioles, and capillaries. Blood is returned to your heart through venules and veins. The one-way system carries blood to all parts of body. This process of blood flow within body is called circulation. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 2:Heart Diseases & Heart Failure

The term heart disease is often used interchangeably with the term "cardiovascular disease." Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart's muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms of heart disease.

Heart failure, sometimes known as congestive heart failure, occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should. Certain conditions, such as narrowed arteries in your heart (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure, gradually leave your heart too weak or stiff to fill and pump efficiently. In some people with heart failure, the heart has difficulty pumping enough blood to support other organs in the body. Other people may have a hardening and stiffening of the heart muscle itself, which blocks or reduces blood flow to the heart. Heart failure can affect the right or left side of your heart, or both at the same time. It can be either an acute (short-term) or chronic (ongoing) condition. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 3:Cardiac Surgery

Cardiac (heart) surgery is surgery on the heart or great vessels performed by cardiac surgeons. Frequently, it is done to treat complications of ischemic heart disease (for example, coronary artery bypass grafting), correct congenital heart disease, or treat valvular heart disease from various causes including endocarditis, rheumatic heart disease and atherosclerosis. It also includes heart transplantation. Doctors also use heart surgery to Repair or replace heart valves, which control blood flow through the heart, Repair abnormal or damaged structures in the heart, Implant medical devices that help control the heartbeat or support heart function and blood flow, Replace a damaged heart with a healthy heart from a donor, Treat heart failure and coronary heart disease, Control abnormal heart rhythms. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 4:Interventional Cardiology

Interventional cardiology is a branch of cardiology that deals specifically with the catheter based treatment of structural heart diseases. Interventional cardiology is a non-surgical option which uses a catheter – a small, flexible tube – to repair damaged or weakened vessels, narrowed arteries, or other affected parts of the heart structure. A large number of procedures can be performed on the heart by catheterization. The main advantages of using the interventional cardiology or radiology approach are the avoidance of the scars and pain, and long post-operative recovery. Additionally, interventional cardiology procedure of primary angioplasty is now the gold standard of care for an acute myocardial infarction. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 5:Adolescent Cardiology & Fatal Cardiology

The study of young person who is developing into an adult such adults suffering with heart related problems is studied under adolescent cardiology. Cardiologists who examine adults frequently receive referrals of adolescents and young adults with chest pain. Chest pain in this age group is most likely non-cardiac in origin, which often creates a diagnostic dilemma for the consultant in terms of the etiology and extent of evaluation are very likely studied in the Adolescent cardiology.

Fetal cardiology is the study of the unborn child’s heart. When the unborn baby has a problem with the heart, families need the services of doctors who specialize in caring for both unborn babies and newborns and children with heart problems. Track 9:Cardiovascular Diseases & Vascular Heart Diseases

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a class of diseases that involve the heart or blood vessels. Cardiovascular disease includes coronary artery diseases (CAD) such as angina and myocardial infarction (commonly known as a heart attack Heart disease, or cardiovascular disease, encompasses a range of conditions, including blood vessel diseases such as coronary artery disease, problems with (arrhythmias) and congenital heart defects, Heart and blood vessel disease — also called heart disease — includes numerous problems, many of which are related to a process called atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is a condition that develops when a substance called plaque builds up in the walls of the arteries. This build up narrows the arteries, making it harder for blood to flow through. If a blood clot forms, it can stop the blood flow. This can cause a heart attack or stroke. A heart attack occurs when the blood flow to a part of the heart is blocked by a blood clot. If this clot cuts off the blood flow completely, the part of the heart muscle supplied by that artery begins to die. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 10:Diabetes & Obesity

Diabetes is a disease that affects your body’s ability to produce or use insulin. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose, either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin or both. When someone has diabetes, their body can’t maintain healthy levels of glucose in the blood. Glucose is a form of sugar which is the main source of energy for our bodies. Instead of being turned into energy the glucose stays in the blood resulting in high blood glucose levels.

Obesity is a condition where a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have a negative effect on their health. Obesity means having too much body fat. It is different from being overweight, which means weighing too much. The weight may come from muscle, bone, fat, and/or body water. Both terms mean that a person's weight is greater than what's considered healthy for his or her height. Obesity occurs over time when you eat more calories than you use. The balance between calories-in and calories-out differs for each person. Factors that might affect your weight include your genetic makeup, overeating, eating high-fat foods, and not being physically active. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 11:Women and Cardiac Arrhythmia

Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. That’s approximately one woman every minute. There are several misconceptions about heart disease in women, and they could be putting you at risk. Other types of heart disease, such as coronary micro vascular disease (MVD) and broken heart syndrome, also pose a risk for women. These disorders, which mainly affect women, are not as well understood as CHD.‘ Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 12:Cardiac Medications and Devices

There are many types and combinations of drugs used to treat coronary artery disease (CAD), and the doctor will decide the best treatment combination for the situation. Cardiac Devices restore or maintain a rhythm and rate sufficient to meet metabolic needs. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 13:Hypertension & Stroke

Hypertension also known as high blood pressure (HBP), is a long term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated. High blood pressure is a common condition in which the long-term force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease. High blood pressure generally develops over many years, and it affects nearly everyone eventually. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, but it can cause serious problems such as stroke, heart failure, heart attack and kidney failure. You can control high blood pressure through healthy lifestyle habits such as exercise and the DASH diet and taking medicines, if needed.

A stroke occurs when blood flow to an area in the brain is cut off and people who have hypertension are four to six times more likely to have a stroke. Stay safe: Learn your risk factors and the warning signs of stroke and what to do in a stroke emergency. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 14:Echocardiography & Cardiac Imaging

Echocardiography, also called an echo test or heart ultrasound, is a test that takes “moving pictures” of the heart with sound waves. It’s not surgery. Echocardiography uses standard two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and Doppler ultrasound to create images of the heart. It is one of the most widely used diagnostic tests in cardiology. It can provide a wealth of helpful information, including the size and shape of the heart (internal chamber size quantification), pumping capacity, and the location and extent of any tissue damage. Echocardiography can help to detect cardiomyopathies, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and many others.

Cardiovascular imaging is a central aspect of Cardiology. Cardiovascular imaging is the action or process of producing an image especially of a part of the body (Heart) by radiographic techniques. It interprets cross sectional imaging studies of the heart and vascular system. Standard imaging tests include echocardiography (Echocardiography), chest x-ray, CT, MRI, and various radionuclide techniques (Radionuclide Imaging). ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 15:Cardio-Oncology

Cardio-oncology is the intersection of heart conditions in patients who have been treated for cancer. Cardiologists can assess patients for potential risk of developing heart conditions if patients take certain types of cancer drugs, or following radiation treatment to the chest. They also help oncologists protect their patients during treatment by closely watching the heart and recognizing heart trouble early in treatment. Cardio-Oncology Programs are to provide cancer patients with excellent, multidisciplinary care.‘ Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 16:Sports Cardiology

Sports Cardiology achieves heart screenings that detect potentially serious cardiovascular issues in young athletes. Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is the major reason of death in exercising young athletes, and is most commonly set off by problems as structural heart disorders or electrical circuitry issues which are not commonly found during routine physical examinations. Most of the conditions that cause sudden cardiac death in young athletes are evaluated by an electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG), a non-invasive test which calculates the electrical activity of the heart. Athletes with authorized cardiovascular disease or those at risk have particular goals and objectives in mind. They want to continue to play their sport and be very safe. The main aim of the Sports Cardiology Center is to work with any athlete forth the spectrum - professional athletes, recreational exercisers, to weekend warriors to help them reach these goals. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 17:Cardiac and Heart Regeneration

Cardiac regeneration is a broad effort that aims to repair irreversibly damaged heart tissue with cutting-edge science, including stem cell and cell-free therapy. Reparative tools have been engineered to restore damaged heart tissue and function using the body's natural ability to regenerate. During a typical myocardial infarction or heart attack, an estimated one billion cardiac cells are lost. The scarring that results is then responsible for greatly increasing the risk of life-threatening abnormal heart rhythms or arrhythmias. Therefore, the ability to naturally regenerate the heart would have an enormous impact of modern healthcare. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 18:Atherosclerosis

Atherosclerosis is a disease in which plaque builds up inside your arteries. Arteries are blood vessels that carry oxygen-rich blood to your heart and other parts of your body. Plaque is made up of fat, cholesterol, calcium, and other substances found in the blood. Over time, plaque hardens and narrows your arteries. This limits the flow of oxygen-rich blood to your organs and other parts of your body. Atherosclerosis can lead to serious problems, including heart attack, stroke, or even death. The Artery-wall thickens as a result of invasion and accumulation of white blood cells (WBCs) (foam cell) and proliferation of intimal-smooth-muscle cell creating an atheromatous (fibrofatty) plaque. Plaque creates a bump on the artery wall. As atherosclerosis progresses, that bump gets bigger. When it gets big enough, it can create a blockage. That process goes on throughout your entire body. As a result, not only is your heart at risk, but you are also at risk for stroke and other health problems. Atherosclerosis usually doesn’t cause symptoms until middle or older age. But as the narrowing becomes severe, it can choke off blood flow and cause pain. Blockages can also rupture suddenly. That’ll cause blood to clot inside an artery at the site of the rupture. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers’

Track 19:Clinical Case Reports on Cardiology

A case report on Cardiology gives an appropriate convention for all cardiologists by rendering their important clinical cases of late occurrence. Studying from medical cases provides valuable experience for clinicians, students and paramedical staff -members. Rare medical reports and conditions discovered through the latest methods of examination are energized. Moreover, studying diagnostic methods from medical cases and the interpretation of symptoms is significant to train and burgeon the thought processes which are being used in the clinical field. ‘Conference series LLC Ltd teams with CED, a Joint Accreditation Provider, as Joint Providers of CME Credits for the Cardiology Meetings consisting of physicians, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, scientists, professors and young researchers.

We organize Biochemistry Meetings in the fields related to Enzymology, Epigenetics, Protein Engineering, Antibody Engineering, and Industrial Biochemistry and in Biology like Structural, Molecular, Cell, Plant and Animal.

Sessions/Tracks

Track: 1 Glycobiology and Glycochemistry

It involves the study of everything related to the structure, biosynthesis, and biology of sugars and saccharides drawing from simple organic chemistry, molecular and cellular biology, enzymology and related domains. Like amino acids and nucleic acids, sugars are the major contributors in nature many natural products contain oligosaccharides that are important for their biological and biochemical activity and carbohydrates have major roles in a wider range of biological processes including signal transduction mechanisms and immune responses. So the study of glycan structures is also complicated by the lack of a proper and direct template for their biosynthesis, contrary to the case with amino acids and proteins.

Track: 2 Molecular Glycoscience and Monosaccharides

Glycoscience has become a vital, expanding and important extension of modern molecular biology and biomedicine in today’s era. The wider complexity of glycosylated and related structures is only paralleled to their utility. Discovering carbohydrate and glycan antigens as cancer biomarkers or even abnormal glycation pathways in metabolic disorders such as diabetes inhibited the importance of the expansion of glycoscience in a future, as a way of representing new biomarkers and therapeutic targets in disease. The final goal is to enhance research capabilities on glycosciences and provide ground to present and future emerging discoveries in glycosciences into new clinical applications and diagnostics.

Track: 3 Proteoglycan and Sialic acid

Proteoglycans are more than 95% carbohydrate by weight. Proteoglycan helps to provide us with the idea to the molecule's various chemical compositions. As proteo refers to protein, while glycan represents sugar or a group of sugars, so proteoglycan is a long polysaccharide chain covalently attached to a protein. The protein component of proteoglycans is synthesized by ribosomes and mainly translocated into the lumen of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Sialic acid is a generic term for the N- or O-substituted derivatives of neuraminic acid, a monosaccharide with a nine-carbon backbone and are found widely distributed in animal tissues and to a lesser extent in some other organisms, ranging from fungi, plants, yeasts, and bacteria, mostly in glycoproteins and gangliosides.

Track: 4 Glycoproteomics Analysis

Glycoproteomics is emerging and booming as an important sub-discipline of proteomics, focusing on the role of protein glycosylation in various biological processes. It focusses on the branch of proteomics that identifies, summarizes, and characterizes proteins containing carbohydrates as a post-translational modification by using Mass spectrometry which is commonly and widely used to identify the sugar moieties attached. Glycomics is the comprehensive study of glycomes the entire complement of sugars, whether free or present in more complex molecules of an organism including genetic, pathologic, physiologic, and other aspects. Glycomics "is the systematic study of all glycan structures of a given cell type or organism" and is a subset of glycobiology.

Track: 5 Protein engineering and Glycoimmunology

Carbohydrates were very important in the early history of immunology in describing the identity of antigens which are recognized by antibodies. So the ability of these antibodies to uniquely recognize glycans and carbohydrate-related molecules was exploited in studies defining the size of the antigen-binding site. Numerous carbohydrate-binding proteins, or lectins, have been identified on the surfaces of immune cells which intensify the importance of carbohydrates in both innate and adaptive immune responses in the development of modern vaccines and immunological therapeutics. Recently glycobiologists and immunologists are now collaborating extensively to explore this crucial field in the area of immunobiology.

Track: 6 Glycolipids and Glycopeptides

Glycolipids are limited in fractions but known to be major and important contributors to glycoconjugates in all areas of life. The structural diversity of glycolipids is exceptional, as different types of lipids are glycosylated in almost every forms of life like animals, plants, and bacteria. Their role basically is to maintain the stability of the membrane and to facilitate other cellular recognition. They act as glycan-carriers in the membranes of photosynthetic structures in, algae, plants, and bacteria.

Glycopeptides are basically peptides that contain carbohydrate moieties generally glycan’s which are covalently attached to the side chains of the amino acid residues that constitute the peptide. These include a class of drugs of microbial origin that are composed of glycosylated cyclic or polycyclic non-ribosomal peptides.

Track: 7 Glycopathology: Glycans in Cancer

Carbohydrates are basically considered as major sources of structural materials and energy for living organisms. Recent modern research’s in this area has focused mainly on simple basic sugars and homopolysaccharides such as starch, cellulose, glycogen, and chitin. During the last few decades, the researchers have shifted their focus on complex forms like carbohydrates, especially proteoglycans, glycolipids and glycoproteins which are collectively referred to as glycoconjugates that shows the potential of recognition markers in the biological system which also relates to other biomedical and clinical fields. The roles of glycans and glycoconjugates in cancer have been emphasized because a small alteration in glycosylation can tremendously regulate the whole pathway and mechanisms of cancer, which leads to an indication as a biomarker development leading to various therapeutics development in cancer research.

Track: 8 Glyconeurobiology: Glycans in Neuroscience

Carbohydrate-rich molecules like including glycolipids, glycoproteins, and proteoglycans in the nervous system have important roles during development, regeneration and synaptic plasticity. The structural diversity of the carbohydrate moieties renders them ideally suited as stage-specific biomarkers for various cell types leading to mediate interactions between recognition molecules, thereby contributing to the formation of a complex molecular framework at the cell surface and in the extracellular matrix of the cell. The exceptional structural diversity of glycan chains and related moieties allows for immense advanced possibilities that can lead to cell interactions along with cell-matrix interactions.

Track: 9 Glycoconjugates and Glycomics and Metabolomics

Glycomics parallel to proteomics and genomics is the systematic study of all the glycan structures of a given cell type or organism and is a subset of glycobiology. Sugars are generally linked to other types of the biological molecule to form glycoconjugates. The various enzymatic process of glycosylation creates sugars or saccharides linked to themselves and to other molecules by the glycosidic bond, finally producing glycans. Proteoglycans, glycoproteins, and glycolipids are the most abundant glycoconjugates found in mammalian cells. Glycoconjugates have been shown to be important and play a prominent role in cell-cell interactions due to the presence on the cell surface of various glycan binding receptors in addition to the glycoconjugates themselves.

Track: 10 Mass Spectrometry in Glycobiology Research

Mass spectrometry (MS) is a vital analytical technique that ionizes chemical species and sorts the ions based on their mass-to-charge ratio. A mass spectrum is a plot of the ion signal as a function of the mass-to-charge ratio during experimental analysis. These spectra are then used to determine the elemental or isotopic signature of a sample for observations, the masses of particles and of various molecules, and to clarify the chemical structures of desired molecules, such as biomolecules, glycopeptides, and other chemical compounds.

Track: 11 Glycans in Vaccine Development

Recent technological advances in the field of glycobiology and glycochemistry are showing the way for a new era in carbohydrate related vaccine design. This is enabling a tremendous efficiency in the synthesis, identification, and evaluation of unique glycan epitopes found on a number of pathogens and cancerous cells. Glycans and related carbohydrate molecules are at the center of many disorders and diseases opening the possibility of exploiting them for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. There are various biochemical pathways and diseases in which carbohydrates are complexly involved.

Track: 12 Glycans in Diseases and Therapeutics

Glyco-epitope diversity enhances the role of glycan’s and is now considered essential for life, both under normal and pathological conditions. The vital role of glycans in the research and development of diseases and the possible therapeutic use of this class of molecules by describing how the interaction of glycans with growth factors, extracellular proteases, growth factor binding proteins, protease inhibitors, chemokine’s, morphogens, and adhesive proteins regulates inflammation, infection, atherosclerosis, cancer, thrombosis, and embryonic stem cell biology.

Track: 13 Recent Advances in Glycobiology

Generally, glycans are vital components of many biotherapeutic agents, differing from natural products to molecules based on various rational designs to recombinant glycoproteins and glycoconjugates. The glycan components of these agents can be important determinants of their biological activity and therapeutic efficacy. Modern patenting of new therapeutics typically requires clarifications of the composition of matter in the claimed molecule for approval. Many remarkable advances can be seen in the areas of imaging, structure prediction technologies, and advancement of hybrid methods to understand the structure and function of carbohydrates and proteins.

This need for overcoming the challenges continues till the late clinical steps, drug safety factors and labeling requirements.

Track 2: Biosimilars in Therapeutics

With the effectiveness of biosimilars and its cheap price, biosimilars is in huge demand in the pharmaceutical market. With the advancement of Biosimilars, disease management has become comparatively easier. It is currently being used in the treatment of ailments like psoriasis, rheumatic arthritis, cancers, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) etc. Biosimilars are also being used as monoclonal antibodies, growth hormones, peptides, therapeutic proteins etc.

Track 3: Clinical Trials of Biosimilars

As the demand of Biosimilars is ever increasing in the pharmaceutical market, it is very important to check them properly before releasing it to the mass. That is why there is a stepwise approach towards clinical trials of Biosimilars. It has various levels such as Extensive Molecular characterization Program, Pre-Clinical, Phase 1, Phase 3, Phase 4 and so on.

Track 4: Biosimilars in Oncology

Cancer is something which if treated properly is not hard to beat. Most of the medicines that we currently have for Cancer are way too costly for any common human being, but Cancer being one of the largest cause of death needs proper treatment. This is where Biosimilars come handy. Biosimilars being cheaper can increase access worldwide to potentially life saving biologics.

Track 5: Drug Development and Delivery

Drug development is the process of bringing a new pharmaceutical drug to the market once the led component has been identified through the process of drug discovery. It further has pre-clinical and clinical development procedure. Once the drug has been developed, it is important to check its mode of function, this is termed as the drug delivery. Once this has been done, the drug can be qualified for usage. This session will be looking on the such following topics.

Track 6: Challenges in Pharmacovigilance

This session of the Biosimilars 2020 will be looking into the future and FDA initiatives that have already been announced to include enhanced tracking and follow-up of post market issues, planned improvements in AERS, and pilots of new post market drug-monitoring strategies. Current challenges in pharmacovigilance, Adverse drug reactions with pharmaceutical products, Biosimilar guidelines for pharmacovigilance practice and pharmacoepidemiology are the points that shall be laid emphasis in this session.

Track 7: Bioequivalence Assessment

Bioequivalence focuses on the equivalence of release of the active pharmaceutical ingredient from the pharmaceutical product and its subsequent absorption into the systemic circulation. This session has utmost importance in context to the fact that only a suitably bioequivalent drug candidate that conforms the results in all respects to the original licensed product can be called as biosimilar drug.

Of all attempts towards developing a follow on biologics or a biosimilar drug the main detection point stands at the bioequivalence assessment. Once the bioequivalence has been obtained it can be 70% ascertained the drug qualifies to be a suitable biologics or biosimilars.

Track 8: Biosimilars Pipeline

Biosimilars is a biologic medical product which is copy of an original product that is manufactured by a different company. There are some specific scientific consideration for criteria, design and analysis regarding development of Biosimilars. Biosimilars are officially approved versions of original biosimilar innovator products, and can be manufactured when the original product's patent expires.

This session shall be highly beneficial for the biosimilar industry researchers to update themselves on the latest research updates from around the world. This session also finds place for all the biosimilar exhibitions associated with the field of biosimilars and biologics.

Track 9: Biopharmaceuticals

A biopharmaceutical is also known as a biologic(al) medical product. It is any pharmaceutical drug product which is manufactured in, extracted from, or semisynthesized from biological sources. They are different from totally synthesized pharmaceuticals. They include vaccines, blood and blood components, allergenics, somatic cells, gene therapies, tissues, recombinant therapeutic protein, and living cells used in cell therapy.

Track 10: Intellectual Property Rights

The safeguarding of product trade secret, its formulations and other process parameters by law is usually covered by IPR. It includes those as patents, copyrights, industrial design rights, trademarks etc. IPR is of prime importance in the field of biologics and biosimilars. Most scientist and industries tend to retain their monopoly business by exercising the IPR.

The very name Biosimilars calls for the occurrence of Intellectual Property rights laws and by-laws. Hence this session is of utmost interest to the attorneys and law personnel.

Track 11: BCS and IVIVC Based Biowaivers

The objective of this work was to suggest the biowaivers potential of biopharmaceutical classification system which is known to increase the solubility, dissolution, oral absorption of water insoluble drugs. Biopharmaceutics Classification System and invitro and invivo classification discusses about ADME pathways of different drugs. This also includes BCS biowaivers, In vitro diffusion cells for dissolution testing in formulation development, In vitro preclinical ADME/BCS testing.

Track 12: Legal Issues and BPCI Acts

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPAC Act) was signed into law in March 2010 in addition to the amendments in the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) to create an abbreviated approval pathway for biosimilars and follow on biologics. These new statutory provisions are often referred as the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act of 2009 (BPCI Act). This track concentrates upon such legal bindings and the aspects of the BPCI Act that pertain to the biosimilars and biologics. This session on legal issues shall be very beneficial to research scientists from both academic backgrounds and also those from industry R&D.

Track 13: Regulatory Approach for Biosimilars

Biosimilars are the generic version of biological. It is the new buzz word in pharmaceutical industry. Biosimilars are highly similar to licensed reference product not withstanding minor differences in clinically inactive components; also there are no clinically meaningful differences between the biologicals and the reference product in terms of safety, purity, and potency. This track includes: Licensing of biosimilars, Biosimilars regulation, Patent issues, BLA filing for biosimilars, Biosimilars regulatory prospects of BRIC countries, a paradigm of traditional generics to Biosimilars, Biowaiver approval for Biosimilars and other aspects of Biosimilar approvals. Biosimilars 2020 will provide an excellent and global opportunity to the scientists, partners and pharma leaders from Biopharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries to innovate and to explore the strategic market for Biosimilars and Biologics with a clear picture of the regulatory approach for biosimilars and biologics.

Target Audience

Leading world Doctors, registered Nurses, Professors, Research fellows and many more from leading universities, Directors of Association and Societies, companies and medical research institutions, hospitals sharing their novel researches in the area of Community Nursing, Healthcare & Medicine.

Why to Attend???

A Public Health Nursing conference is an opportunity to meet others within speciality to network and to learn the latest clinical information. It is an opportunity no nurse should overlook. I’ve always embraced the opportunity to attend nursing conferences and have made a point to encourage others to attend whenever the opportunity arises. Public Health Nursing conferences allow nurses of all levels of experience to participate in an area of career and education growth that is not easily found within the structure of the workplace. Some nurses, especially those working at the bedside, may not see the significance of attending a conference. All too often the floor/ bedside nurse believes that conferences are only for management, while others may think that spending one or more days not earning a pay check may not outweigh the opportunity to clock in some additional overtime. There may be a whole host of other reasons why a nurse would prefer to remain home rather than attending a conference. Despite the plentiful excuses (the top two being cost and time), the benefits far outweigh the costs.

Tracks/ sessions

Track-1: Public Health Nursing

All nurses work with patients from the communities surrounding the health care facility. This means that in essence, all nurses deal with public health. However, public health nurses work more specifically in this area, striving to improve the health of the public and educate the community on health issues that are prevalent in the area. Many public health nurses work with specific populations, such as young children living in poverty.

Track-2: Community Nursing

Community health nursing, a field of nursing that is a blend of primary health care and nursing practice with public health nursing. The community health nurse conducts a continuing and comprehensive practice that is preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. The philosophy of care is based on the belief that care directed to the individual, the family, and the group contributes to the health care of the population as a whole. The community health nurse is not restricted to the care of a particular age or diagnostic group.

Track-3: Family Nursing

Family Nursing is "The practical science of preventative and remedial support to the family in order to help the family system unit independently and autonomously maintain and improve its family functions. Family nursing is directed to improving the potential health of a family or any of its members by assessing individual and family health needs and strengths, by identifying problems influencing the health care of the family as a whole and those influencing the individual members, by using family resources, by teaching and counselling, and by evaluating progress toward stated goals.

Track-4: Transcultural & Occupational Health Nursing

A Transcultural Nurse helps patients by providing culturally sensitive care to patients all over the world. They treat patients of different cultures, often immigrants and refugees. They work in foreign countries mostly, but also right here in our own cities, applying their knowledge of diverse cultures to their local nursing position.

Occupational health nursing is the specialty practice that provides for and delivers health and safety programs and services to workers, worker populations, and community groups. The practice focuses on promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury, and protection from work-related and environmental hazards. Occupational health nurses (OHNs) have a combined knowledge of health and business that they blend with healthcare expertise to balance the requirement for a safe and healthful work environment with a “healthy” bottom line.

Track-5: Oncology Nursing and Cancer Care

The field of Oncology Nursing, in particular, is probably one of the most challenging and rewarding fields in nursing. For those with cancer, oncology nurses are the ones who are there for us during our most difficult and intimate moments in life, the ones at our bedside, educating us, encouraging us. It is often said that nurses are the heart of health care.

Track-6: Epidemiology & Dermatology Nursing

A nurse epidemiologist investigates trends in groups or aggregates and studies the occurrence of diseases and injuries. The information is gathered from census data, vital statistics, and reportable disease records. Nurse epidemiologists identify people or populations at high risk; monitor the progress of diseases; specify areas of health care need; determine priorities, size, and scope of programs; and evaluate their impact. They generally do not provide direct patient care, but serve as a resource and plan educational programs.

A Dermatology Nurse helps patients through the treatment of wounds, injuries, and diseases of the skin. They also perform skin cancer and post-plastic surgery treatments. Dermatology is a huge field, and because skin is an organ like the heart and kidneys, it requires specialized care.

Track-7: Rural Health & Legal Nursing

Legal Nursing is the implicative intimations of nursing practice are attached to licensure, state and government laws, extent of practice and an open prospect that attendants hone at a high expert standard. The medical attendant's illumination, permit and nursing standard give the system by which attendants are relied upon to practice. Moral issues in legal nursing are fundamentally six moral rules that emerge often for the attendant who meets expectations in the remedial setting 1. Concession for persons (self-rule and self-determination) 2. Beneficence (doing great) 3. Nonmaleficence (dodging mischief) 4. Value (reasonableness, evenhandedness, veracity), 5. Veracity (coming clean) 6. Constancy (staying steadfast to one's dedication).

Nurses are the health workers most frequently found providing primary health care services in rural communities throughout the world. In these settings, often with limited resources and far from professional support systems, nurses may encounter ethical dilemmas quite different from those experienced by their colleagues in urban hospital settings. Consider the following example from a remote island community. A young nurse with two years’ experience in an urban hospital is posted to a remote village. In this country there are very few doctors, so nurses diagnose and treat common health problems.

Track-8: Nursing Education

Nursing Education is committed to improving the quality of care for the cancer patient through education of the professional nursing community. Nurses are mastering the complexities of care and advanced technology—allowing them in greater numbers to contribute decisively on teams, understand health policy, analyse information to make critical decisions, and support the well-being of all.

Track-9: Nursing Practice

Nursing Practice provides healthcare across a continuum of services for acute and chronic conditions in hospital, ambulatory, and skilled nursing settings. Nurses share lessons learned, tools, and evidence-based practices across the system. They engage in emergency management and disaster preparedness both in VA and beyond. To improve access to care, nurses help create new models of care like the Primary Care Patient Aligned Care Teams (Patient Centered Medical Home), introduce new nursing roles like the Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), and advance existing roles, like the use of RN Care Managers to coordinate care.

Track-10: Nursing Care in Public Health

Nursing care education is an important part of the dignity programme in adapting students for entry into the nursing trade. Student and teacher concept of the relationship between assessment and learning has remained an under-researched area. Data were collected through a series of focus group examination with groups of nursing students, graduates, and teachers. It was revealed that students’ learning during the clinical practicum was, to a large extent, affected by their awareness of the assessment tasks. As a result, they adopted a surface approach to study and target on preparing for the assessment tasks to the drawback of their learning.

Track-11: Primary Healthcare

Primary Healthcare is the extremely important first care that is based on scientifically well-done and universally acceptable methods and technology, which make health care easy to get to people and families in a community. The International Classification of Primary Care (ICPC) is a standardized tool for understanding and analysing information on interventions in primary care by the reason for the patient visit. Common long-lasting sicknesses usually treated in primary care may include high blood pressure, pain, Diabetes, breathing disease, COPD, depression and fear and stress, back pain, painful joint swelling or thyroid dysfunction. Driven by population magnification and aging, the total number of office visits to primary care medicos is projected to increment from 462 million in 2008 to 565 million in 2025. Primary care also includes many basic mother-based and child health care services, such as family planning services and vaccinations.

Track-12: Innovations and Developments in Nursing

Developments in Nursing Education are collaboration for assessing and empowering the new era for the Nursing Education. Presently a days United States manages an augment deficiency of medical attendants, coordinated in the event that by a winding down development of populace and an absence of accessible spots for the schools of nursing the nation over. Everywhere it worries about the medical caretaker master deficiency is detectable in the reports of articulated nursing associations, also in the exercises of a few state work trouble focuses. As a result of this dedication, it's important to take care of the issue identified with the deficiency of medical caretaker personnel, the point of this collaboration to bolster for such the development of Evaluating Innovations in Nursing Education (EIN) to reserve assessments of nursing instructive mediations.

Track-13: Clinical, Critical Care & Emergency Nursing

Clinical nurse specialists work to improve patient outcomes by using theory and research to further the success of nursing systems. The CNS is in a leadership role and works closely with the nurse manager of the patient care unit to improve nursing practice. This career is categorized as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) role because it requires a master's level education as well as clinical training.

Critical care nursing is the field of nursing with a focus on the utmost care of the critically ill or unstable patients following extensive injury, surgery or life threatening diseases. Critical care nurses can be found working in a wide variety of environments and specialties, such as general intensive care units, medical intensive care units, surgical intensive care units, trauma intensive care units, coronary care units, cardiothoracic intensive care units, burns unit, pediatrics and some trauma center emergency departments.

Track-14: Midwifery and Women’s Health

Women's health information covers breast, cancer, heart, pregnancy, sexual health, and mature women related conditions. Women’s Health Care aims to keep health and medical research, particularly the Society for Women’s Health Research, including heart disease. Nurse-midwifery offers a wide variety of professional career pathways. Nurse-Midwives provide primary and gynaecologic care to women as well as specialty care and support for expecting mothers and their infants. Nurse-midwives are known for their evidence-based care. In addition to the reproductive science, students examine the influences of culture; tradition and the social, economic and political forces that influence the health of women.

Today, telehealth nurses work with cutting-edge therapies and support patients in a variety of rare disease states, giving nurses the opportunity to pursue an area they’re passionate about, and are a resource to patients throughout their therapeutic journey. To do this, telehealth nurses need a deep understanding of clinical specialties and therapies.

Track-16: Nursing Types & Nursing Management

There are about 20380000 registered nurses all over the world, there are about 30,000 professionally activated nurses in CANADA, and in Vancouver there are 3152 registered nurses regarding the statistics of 2020. There are many types of nursing like Cancer Nursing, Heart & Cardiovascular Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Surgical Nursing, Dental Care Nursing, Clinical Nursing, Critical Care & Emergency Nursing, Women Health Nursing

Processes that are handled by an organization’s nurse management team include staffing, organizing, delegating tasks, directing others, and planning. Registered nurses typically undergo further education in order to move into management-level positions.

Track 7: Nanotechnology-Basics to Applications

Nanotechnology is the coordinated effort of the physical science, chemistry, biology, computer and material sciences incorporated with designing entering the nanoscale. This implies science and building concentrated on making the particles things and gadgets at the nuclear and atomic scale. The Study of the Controlling of Matter on an atomic and sub-nuclear scale. Generally Nanotechnology Deals with Structures Sized between 1 to 100 Nanometre in no short of what one Dimension, and incorporates making or changing materials or devices inside that size.

Track 8: Nano Materials

Nanomaterials are foundations of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Nanostructure science and advancement is a sweeping and interdisciplinary space of imaginative work improvement that has been winding up brutally worldwide in the recent years. It has the potential for changing the courses in which materials and things are made and the range and nature of functionalities that can be gotten to.nano materials, nano one materials, nano structured materials, properties of nano material, nanoscale, nanoscale engineering

Track 9: Nano Structures

Nanostructured Materials (NsM) are Advancedmaterials with a microstructure the trademark length size of which is on the request of a couple (routinely 1– 10) nanometers. NsM might be in or far from thermodynamic concordance. Nanostructured Materials joined by supramolecular science are occasions of Nanostructured Materials in thermodynamic assention. Nanostructured Materials containing nanometer-sized crystallites (e.g. of Au or NaCl) with various crystallographic introductions or possibly fabricated indications are far from thermodynamic friendliness.

Track 10: Properties of Nano Materials

Nanoparticles are striking because of their tremendous surface area and this principles the duties made by the little heave of the material. Zinc oxide particles have been found to have better UV blocking properties contemplated than its mass substitute.

Track 11: Carbon Nanostructures and Graphene

Carbon is immovably connected with about all that we oversee in a general timetable. Due to its remarkable properties, for instance, high robustness at normal conditions, differing hybridizations, strong covalent bond game plan and straightforward of blends advancement, carbon has been a state of consistent excitement for a couple of districts. A nanostructure is a structure of fair size among minute and nuclear structures. Nano structural detail is microstructure at nanoscale.

Graphene is an allotrope of carbon as a two-dimensional, atomic scale, hexagonal cross segment in which one particle shapes each vertex. It is the basic helper segment of various allotropes, including graphite, charcoal, carbon nanotubes and fullerenes. It can moreover be considered as an uncertainly significant sweet-noticing iota, an authoritative occurrence of the gathering of level polycyclic fragrant hydrocarbons.

Nanoparticle blend alludes to techniques for making nanoparticles. Nanoparticles can be gotten from

Bigger atoms, or blended by 'base up' techniques that, for instance, nucleate and develop particles from fine sub-atomic appropriations in fluid or vapour stage. Blend can likewise incorporate functionalization by conjugation to bioactive particles.

Nanoparticles have one estimation that measures 100 nanometres or less. The properties of various conventional materials change when moulded from nanoparticles. This is routinely in light of the way that nanoparticles have a more important surface range per weight than greater particles which make them be more receptive to some unique iotas.
